Add ½ teaspoons of MakeMeBliss ceremonial matcha to a bowl
Pour 50ml of 80°C water over the matcha into your bowl
Using a whisk or frother, blend the matcha into the hot water. Have fun with this part. If using a whisk, try using a zigzag motion for a few seconds until a frothy layer has formed on top
Only then add the remaining 200 ml - 250 ml of water and enjoy!

Matcha is a finely ground powder of green tea leaves. However, the difference from ordinary green tea is how it was grown. Matcha grows in shady conditions (90% in shade), which in turn increases chlorophyll production and increases amino acid content. Because matcha is ground into a fine powder, it contains all the nutrients in the tea leaf, resulting in more antioxidants.
