  • Chia seemneid,

  1. Add half a cup of milk (oats, almonds or other) and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into a jar
  2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of culinary matcha and a little bit of sweetener of your choice (maple syrup or agave) and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  3. Let it stand for at least 4 hours or overnight. Mix again later and decorate to your liking
