Matcha Chia pudding recipe
What you need:
- Chia seeds
- MakeMeBliss Matcha
- Vegetable milk (oats, almonds or other)
- Agave or maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
“You'll get thicker and better consistency if you mix everything one day earlier and put it in the fridge. The pudding wants to stand for at least 4 hours to have a good consistency - but I always put it on overnight and enjoyed it as a breakfast ”
Step 1: Add half a cup of milk (oats, almonds or other) and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into a jar
Step 2: Add 1-2 teaspoons of culinary matcha and a little bit of sweetener of your choice (maple syrup or agave) and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
Step 3: Let it stand for at least 4 hours or overnight. Mix again later and decorate to your liking
