1.1 Information on campaigns, discounts and products and services offered by MAKEMEBLISS OÜ is provided to the subscriber of the loyalty program via electronic channels and direct mail (newsletter, social media) via the data provided in the application (telephone number, e-mail).

Access, rectification and transfer of personal data

Retention of personal data in the loyalty program
1.10 In the Loyal Customer Program, the personal and purchase data of the cardholder are stored in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act, upon expiry of the card and after the expiry of the specified term, personal data is automatically deleted.
1.11 Upon closing a customer account, personal data shall be deleted, unless such data needs to be retained for accounting purposes or for the resolution of consumer disputes.
1.12 In the event of a dispute over payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be kept until the claim is met or the limitation period expires (three years).
1.13 Personal data required for accounting purposes shall be kept for seven years.
1.14 MAKEMEBLISS OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, the company of MAKEMEBLISS OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. ”

1.14 Within the framework of the loyalty program, the chief processor of personal data is MAKEMEBLISS OÜ. MAKEMEBLISS OÜ has the right to transfer personal data from cooperation partners to authorized processors in order to offer the best service to card users within the framework of the loyalty program. Authorized processors have the right to process personal data only in accordance with the instructions received from MAKEMEBLISSOÜ and authorized processors are obliged to ensure the protection of personal data.
