Healthy Pancakes by Brigitte Susanne Hunt

One great weekend starts with pancakes and a matcha latte. Here is a recipe that Brigitte Susanne shared with us. Her recipe is healthy, high in protein and without any added sugar. Add some sweet berries and enjoy - without guilt! :)

INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
  • 20g oat flour
  • 10g protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of MakeMeBliss matcha powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • A little cinnamon, vanilla extract, oat milk
  1. Crush the banana with the egg

  2.  Add flour, protein powder,  matcha and baking powder. Mix and stir.

  3. Add oat milk and vanilla extract and finally cinnamon.

  4. Ready to bake on a pan
