 Prep time - 20 min
 Total time - 35 hours
 Serving- 2 people

Dutch baby is a really fluffy and appetising oven pancake that tastes great for families and children alike. You would need a round cast iron pan that you can put in the oven and a few simple ingredients that will ensure a wonderful breakfast for you and your loved ones!

    • 3 tablespoons butter
    • 60 g flour
    • 1 teaspoon MakeMeBliss culinary matchat
    • a pinch of salt
    • 1 tablespoon sugar (or 2 teaspoons honey)
    • 240 ml milk (you can also replace it with vegetable milk)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Fresh berries / honey / nutella / banana / vanilla ice cream
A little icing sugar and lemon juice

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
    2. At the same time, mix flour, matcha and milk in a bowl. Then add eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla extract. Set the mixture aside for a while
    3. Take a cast iron pan and spread butter on it. Place the pan in the oven. When the butter has melted and starts to bubble slightly, pour the pancake mixture into the pan
    4. Bake in the oven for about 16-18 minutes. We recommend watching the pancake in your oven somewhere in 10 minutes
    5. After taking it out of the oven, the pancake sinks - that's how it should go. This time we used icing sugar and raspberries for serving. You can also squeeze a little lemon juice
    6. We also recommend trying the oven pancake with honey, vanilla ice cream, strawberries or Nutella and banana - the latter is a definite favorite of children and families!
